When the line moves faster than the human eye, the X-Series moves faster still. Twelve megapixels at 240 fps in burst mode, 90 fps sustained, on a 10 GigE backbone — built for bottling, packaging, web inspection, and any line that doesn't slow down for a camera.
The X-Series sensor is a global-shutter 12 MP CMOS. No rolling-shutter smear on fast-moving products. The 10 GigE interface streams the full sensor at 90 fps sustained, with burst capacity to 240 fps for triggered acquisitions where you need to capture a transient event — a bottle entering a fill station, a pouch being sealed, a label being applied.
Synchronization across multiple X-Series cameras is hardware-triggered with sub-10-µs jitter. A four-camera setup around a packaging line stays phase-locked at full speed. The strobe controller lights products precisely as they pass, even at 600 ppm.
Bottling, packaging, and web lines aren't gentle environments. The X-Series is rated to 10 G across 10–500 Hz per IEC 60068-2-6 — the same standard that qualifies camera systems for railway rolling stock. The internal sensor mount is dampened; the lens mount is reinforced; the M12 X-coded connector is locked.
Heat is the silent killer of high-speed cameras. The X-Series uses a magnesium alloy housing as a passive heatsink, with no fans. Sustained 12 MP at 90 fps for eight-hour shifts in 40°C ambient — without thermal derating.
