Counts that match. Pallets that ship with exactly 48 cartons because the system saw all 48 cartons. Counts written to the WMS at the moment the pallet wraps, not at the receiving dock six hours later. Counts that auditors trust because every count has an image.
An operator counts 48 cartons. A wrap line wraps the pallet. The truck arrives at the customer with 47. Where did the 48th go? Nobody knows because nobody has the image. Vision counting writes both the count and the image — every shipment, every time.
We add a vision counting station at the wrap point. Camera images each pallet from above as it rotates; AI counts cartons across all four sides; count is written to your existing WMS via the API or label printer interface you already use. Existing process unchanged; only the count is now machine-verified.
The IX-AS/01 over each wrap station, integrated directly into your WMS at PO time. Per-SKU pallet patterns are pre-loaded; the system knows what 48 cartons of SKU-1234 should look like and flags deviation immediately. Count + image written to the shipping record before the pallet leaves the wrap zone.
Camera captures the pallet at the wrap zone — overhead view of top layer + side views as pallet rotates.
AI counts cartons by edge detection + per-SKU pattern matching. Cross-validates count from multiple angles.
Compare count against expected for the SKU. Flag if mismatch.
Count + image + timestamp written to WMS shipping record. Available to picker, auditor, customer.
